OmniRemote™

Finally a universal remote control program for PalmOS PDAs! They said it couldn't be done, but we've proven them wrong! The OmniRemote™ software for the Palm III and Pilots with an OS 3.0 upgrade card is available for download now. If your Pilot doesn't have IR, OmniRemote™ hardware modules solves that problem!

Imagine making the ultimate home remote control to replace all of the other remotes littering your coffee table. Replace that so-called universal remote you bought thinking it would do everything you wanted, only to find out it didn't have enough buttons and/or didn't control the PIP on your television. With OmniRemote™, these frustrations are a thing of the past!

Simply draw a button on the screen (any size) and "train" the button with the IR sequence you want it to emit when you press the button.

Version Notice:
PRO vs v1.171

OmniRemote™ V1.171 (listed here) is an older version ideal for use with older PalmOS PDAs. (The newer, more advanced OmniRemote PRO version is better suited for newer PDAs since it includes support for the latest hardware and has color display support.)

Most people will download this version because they have an older PalmOS PDA such as these and don't need support for the latest hardware and would like a smaller program to occupy their PDAs limited memory.

Button not big enough? Simply resize it. Need more buttons on the same screen? No problem for OmniRemote™, just draw another button on the screen and "train" it. Would you like to press two (or more) buttons with one keypress? Simply setup a macro to queue the keystrokes you desire. Get all this and more with OmniRemote™. The ultimate and only learning remote control that uses the Palm III's internal IR.
